Should I be concerned or just typical post gallbladder surgery effects?

About 3 or 4 years ago, I had my gallbladder removed. The bile duct (think that’s what it was called) was only working a small percentage. I was experiencing a lot of stomach pain & nausea as a result. After the surgery, I still experienced these symptoms but not the same degree. After eating certain mostly greasy food, I experience what I’ve learned is salt bile diarrhea. Except for the last week, I’ve experienced it 2 and 3 times a day most every day. The nauseous stomach feeling is there constantly. I can’t eat hardly anything without experiencing a bout of sickness. Should I be concerned and go to the doctor? … or should I just take some Imodium and let it run its course.
Clarification: It’s only been the last week, that I’ve experienced it every day. Before, it was sporadically based on certain foods.
